3D printer that generates entire circuits in one step — including substrate, conductive traces

The essence of our solution is the development of a 3D printer specially adapted for printing printed circuit boards. A distinctive feature of our printer is the ability to print with a wide range of high-viscosity materials. First of all, it is a metal for printing conductive layers and a polymer for printing insulation layers. Due to the fact that the printing process is built on the basis of additive technology, this will make it possible to print a free-form PCB with an arbitrary number of layers. The conductivity of our printed traces is comparable to that of real copper, enabling the development of functional PCBs that go beyond mere prototypes.

WORK ON?
While working in hardware development over 10 years, we faced the same problems of money and time waste. Existing solutions hardly solve this problem.
Those problems served as a trigger for finding a better solution for this sophisticated problem. For recent years designers have an ability to test their ideas, by printing their projects on 3D printers. But why can't we do the same for another large industry - electronics development?
So our team dedicated time early on to working through finding how to transform additive manufacturing electronics & adjacent additive manufacturing sectors.
When we started our startup, we weren't just trying to solve a problem. We wanted to find a solution to an everyday issue, that we faced too.
